Residents asked to check cameras in search for missing woman

The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department is continuing its appeal to residents, asking for help in locating Marilee Furlong, who has been missing since May 29.

The department is asking anyone who may have driven through Cass County or the west side of St. Joseph County during the week of May 29 who have in-vehicle cameras to check those recordings in hopes Furlong may have been recorded.

The sheriff’s department is also asking anyone with any home security cameras to review those recordings, too.

The department is continuing to work with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, and several search and rescue teams are trying to locate Furlong.

She is described as 5-feet-8-inches tall and 120 pounds with grey hair. She was last seen wearing a pink plaid shirt, blue jeans, and blue/grey sneakers. She was carrying a purse and a grocery sack with red pajamas in them when she was last seen.
