White Pigeon Township Library is staging a new fundraiser to support its goal of purchasing a bookmobile.
Director Perri Saunders said the program “Irish Fling: An Afternoon With Kennedy’s Kitchen,” will take place at 2 o’clock April 6 at the library. The 90-minute program, supported in part by Burr Oak Tool, will feature a generous amount of Irish music.
Suggested donation is $10 and all proceeds will go to the bookmobile campaign. Library officials said the $280,000 goal is currently at 43 percent of being reached.
