An 18-year-old Sturgis man who died last weekend in a crash has been identified.
Alexander Cardenas died Saturday morning following a crash at the intersection of South Nottawa Street and Bogen Road, according to the Sturgis Department of Public Safety.
Cardenas was driving a car heading east on Bogen Road. It pulled into the path of a pickup heading south on Nottawa Street, colliding into the driver’s side of the vehicle driven by Cardenas.
The pickup, occupied by four LaGrange County residents, rolled over in the collision. The four were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
