Twinkles

I have been here a month now.  I am starting to get depressed and I so want a person to love.  I am “Twinkles,” about two years old.  I love kids, bath time, cuddling, and walks.  I get along with other dogs.  My docket number is 230-24, at the St. Joseph County Animal Control Shelter located at 652 E.
