The white male, whose name was not disclosed in a department media release, is 43 years old, stands 5-foot-4 and weighs about 200 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes. The vehicle is a 2020 Ford Explorer. The dispatch radio inside the vehicle has been disabled, authorities said.
