Susan Lemmerhart, age 70, of White Pigeon, passed away peacefully surrounded by love and family on August 7, 2025
Born on September 18, 1954, Susan was the beloved daughter of the late Maclisle and Jeanette Allen. A bright, fun-loving, free spirit, Susan lived her life with joy, laughter, and a heart full of love. A true hippie at heart, she radiated kindness, embraced everyone she met, and always found a way to brighten the room.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Mike Lemmerhart, and by those who meant the world to her: her sons, Matthew Stults-Kolehmainen and Nathan (Tracy) Stults; her stepchildren, Nick Lemmerhart, Lance Lemmerhart, and Kari Hansman; and her beloved grandchildren, Alauna, Avery, Addison, Alex, Miles, Brylee, and Lincoln, who brought her endless pride and joy.
Susan is also survived by her loving sister, Sandra Owens. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, Mark Owens.
To know Susan was to be loved by her. Whether you were family, friend, or a stranger she had just met, Susan had a way of making you feel accepted, seen, and valued. She loved music, history, gardening, late-night boat rides, laughter, dancing, sweet conversations, and spreading joy wherever she went.
