White Pigeon Township Library is introducing a new attraction: open mic night.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own instruments and perform before a crowd of music-loving audience members.
Event organizers are providing slots of up to five minutes for local talent to perform an instrument and/or showcase their vocal talents.
The one-hour event starts at 6 o’clock Tuesday.
A sign-up option is available through a QR code on the library’s website.
Unrelated to open mic night: the library still has backpacks filled with school supplies to give away. They are available to students of all area school districts as well as home-schooled students.
