Woman injured in crash

A Kalamazoo woman was injured in a single-vehicle crash over the weekend in Fabius Township. Carissa Jones, 18, was driving north on Day Road at 6:30 p.m. Sunday when she lost control of her vehicle in the 57000 block, near Dutch Settlement Road. Police investigate Park Township break in

State police are probing the recent break-in of a residence in Park Township. Investigators were called last month to a home at the intersection of Heimbach and Buckhorn roads. The owner said electronics and televisions were stolen within a 75-minute span June 16. Access was gained through forced entry.
