The City of Three Rivers Clean Water Plant is reporting a foam-over incident from one of its treated biosolids tanks. Kalamazoo-area authorities say a 36-year-old man has been killed in a logging accident.  The Kalamazoo County sheriff’s reports that a co-worker discovered the body on Thursday morning in Climax Township.
