Car purchased with fraudulent check

Michigan State Police troopers are investigating the larceny of a motor vehicle. According to a department media release, a fraudulent cashier’s check was used to purchase a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro. The transaction took place Oct. 2 in the 16000 block of Fawn River Road in White Pigeon Township. Authorities said a male suspect is responsible for producing the fraudulent check.
