County vaccination rate low

The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency said the three counties it represents are close to the bottom in the state in terms of percentage of residents who have been vaccinated.  St. Joseph and Branch counties each surpassed 40 percent. Police: Man said he killed SW Michigan couple over noise
