A Colon man was arrested this week after he was caught burglarizing a Leonidas Township residence. Police investigate Fabius break-in

State police troopers are investigating a breaking-and-entering incident that occurred earlier this month in Fabius Township. Troopers said the incident occurred at Light and Life Wesleyan Church, in the 15000 block of Hoffman Road. The break-in took place between midnight and 4 a.m. June 16. Burr Oak Township Library has reopened. Its summer hours vary daily, but reserved hours for vulnerable patrons and seniors are 11 a.m.to 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued a media release Tuesday, in which she announced formal charges against St. Joseph County Prosecuting Attorney John McDonough.
