A Sturgis psychologist was sentenced to 28 months in prison after pleading guilty to executing a health care fraud scheme. George Compton Jr., 63, was sentenced Nov. 21 by U. S. County commission approves parks and rec millage

St. Joseph County’s board of commissioners have approved a dedicated millage to fund the parks and recreation department.
