 James M. Schindler, Auburn, Ind., died Wednesday, Jan. 14. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Light and Life Wesleyan Church in Three Rivers. Arrangements by the Farrand in White Pigeon.

Virginia C. Zuercher died Jan. 27, at her daughter’s home in South Haven. She worked as a high school teacher and counselor for Sturgis Public Schools. No services are scheduled at this time. The family is being helped by the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home of South Haven.

Donald P. Shoup, age 72 of Vicksburg and formerly of Dimondale, died Jan. 31. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene, 7520 East U Ave., Vicksburg. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at the church. Local arrangements by Eickhoff Funral Home.

Robert J.(Bob) Miller, age 89, of Burr Oak, died Sunday, Feb. 1. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Schipper Funeral Home in Colon. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Frank A. Ecker, age 84, of Sturgis, died Thursday, January 29.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. – 10:45 A.M. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Sturgis where a memorial service will begin at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday. The Hackman Family Funeral Homes – Hackman Chapel in Sturgis is handling the arrangements.

Betty Smith, 79, of LaGrange, Indiana, formerly of Mendon, died Thursday, January 29.  The funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2,at St. Edward Catholic Church in Mendon.  Arrangements by the Eickhoff Funeral Home of Mendon.

Genevieve McCain, age 96, formerly of Mendon, died Thursday, Jan. 29. The family will receive friends from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Eickhoff Funeral Home in Mendon where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2.

Ruth Foust, 95, of Centreville, died Tuesday, January 27.  A memorial service will be held this Saturday at 1pm at the Ninth Street Methodist Church in Three Rivers.

Harley Thurman Salter, Jr., 75, of Hernando, Florida, died Sunday, January 25.  Services are being handled by the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes in Inverness, Florida.

Margaret Agnes Godshalk, 94, of Three Rivers, died Monday, January 26.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 29, at 1pm at the Hohner Funeral Home.
