A test measuring air quality in a section of the St. Joseph County Courthouse has found no measurable traces of hazardous particulates. The finding in the courts building was presented earlier this month by county administrator Pat Yoder. Crash in Sturgis Township

One person was injured Monday night in a 2-car crash west of Sturgis. According to the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department, 24-year-old Samantha Keesler of LaGrange was southbound on Shimmel Road, stopped at the US-12 intersection, then pulled onto the highway, and collided with an eastbound vehicle. A Three Rivers man was killed Sunday evening in a single-car crash in Park Township. David Boring, 39, died following the incident at 7:50 p.m. last night on Buckhorn Road, north of Heimbach Road. A personal-injury crash last week in Cass County sent two men to the hospital. More than a dozen arrests

Enhanced patrol for criminal and motor-vehicle violations netted more than a dozen arrests last week in Constantine Township. Law-enforcement personnel from six different agencies focused their attention on U.S. 131 Wednesday and Thursday. A Kalamazoo woman was arrested Tuesday after she attempted to ram her vehicle into a patrol car.
