Three Rivers Mayor Tom Lowry said he received comments from residents earlier this month regarding the city’s polling place being inside a church. A grant for Central Dispatch

A grant from the Sturgis Area Foundation will help with the purchase of equipment for the county’s Central Dispatch agency. Winter hours

The St. Joseph County Road Commission has announced it is returning to its winter hours starting next week. According to Julie Mayuiers, director of administration, the Centreville-based agency will be open for administrative purposes 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Its summer hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
