Three Rivers Police recently arrested two people responsible for vandalizing Armstrong Park in Three Rivers . According to a social media post, the incident occurred Saturday night. A fire-hydrant study is taking place this week in the village of Colon. Municipal officials said engineering firm Fleis & Vandenbrink is conducting the study.
