Barbara Jean May, 73, of Three Rivers, passed away Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 at her home, while surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Three Rivers on March 1, 1936, a daughter of the late Charles and Gaynell (Bryson) Johnson. Barb worked at Drake Casket Company in Constantine for 15 years. Barbara enjoyed crochet, especially making Christmas ornaments for her family. She also enjoyed watching game shows on TV.
Surviving Barb are her four sons, Dennis (Cindy) May of Orange Park, Fla., John (Linda) May of Three Rivers, Rick (Denise) May of Tennessee, James (Sheila) May of Arkansas; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles May; five brothers; one step-brother; one step-sister.
Relatives and friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine, where Religious Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. Rev.
