Three Rivers-based Riverside Health Clinic has expanded its services to Sturgis.
The clinic, which specializes in treating patients with insufficient insurance coverage, is operating a dispensary site from the Grobheiser Building on the Sturgis Hospital campus.
The location is open 12 to 3 p.m. the first Thursday of the month and dispenses medication to patients already registered through its main location, at Riverside Church in Three Rivers.
Nearly 20 people are currently taking advantage of the service in Sturgis, which prevents them from having to make the trip to Three Rivers to pick up medications.
Clinic officials said a grant from Sturgis Hospital and the Sturgis Foundation covered expenses related to the satellite location.
The Three Rivers site maintains it hours of 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays.
