THREE RIVERS HEALTH OPENS PAIN MANAGEMENT CENTER

Three Rivers Health is excited to announce the recent opening of a balanced pain
management program available to patients dealing with pain in our communities. Three Rivers has
partnered with Pain Management Group, a hospital-based pain management provider, to establish this
service line, and the clinic is staffed by Dr. Orlando Landrum, a board certifi ed and fellowship trained
pain management physician.
“Three Rivers Health prioritizes the needs of our community through offering quality patient treatment
options, and we look forward to the resource this pain management center will be for patients seeking
effective, responsible care,” says interim CEO David Shannon.
Dr. Landrum creates individualized treatment plans that may include interventional procedures,
medication management, and referrals to physical therapy. Pain conditions treated at the Three Rivers
Pain Management Center include neck and back pain, headaches, fi bromyalgia, chronic pelvic pain,
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), nerve damage, as well as pain associated with arthritis,
muscle spasms, and shingles.
“I provide safe treatment options that address patients’ actual cause of pain rather than merely
prescribing medications,” says Dr. Landrum. “We provide some of the most advanced treatments in
pain management today to help patients regain functionality and see progress toward their goals.”
The center establishes an agreement with the patient that holds him or her accountable to using
only one pharmacy and one prescribing physician, keeping medications safe from loss or theft, and
complying to pill counts and urine drug testing.
