Floyd Summey, 88

Floyd M. Summey, age 88, of White Pigeon, died Thursday, March 18, 2021, at Bowman Place in Three Rivers, following a brief illness.
He was born May 9, 1932, in Sturgis, a son of Anthony and Frances (Warble) Summey.
He was a White Pigeon resident since 1966, member of White Pigeon Lions Club, First Presbyterian Church of White Pigeon and church elder. He was employed as a truck driver.
On Nov. 14, 1953, he married Dorothy Carney in LaGrange. She survives, along with a sister, Elma Sellers; a brother, George Summey; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Michael E. Summey.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2021, at the funeral home, with Pastor Steve Kaszar of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow in White Pigeon Township Cemetery.
