Police investigate TR bank robbery

Suspect 2 is described as a light-complected black male, approximately 6’1”, 250 lbs.

Suspect 1 is described as a medium-complected black male, approximately 6’, 210 lbs.

Three Rivers Police are leading an investigation into a bank robbery that occurred over the weekend.

Chief Scott Boling said two black men robbed the Sturgis Bank at 115 North Main Street shortly before 11 a.m. Saturday.

A K-9 unit was brought to the scene, and a scent was picked up and followed to a nearby parking lot. Investigators said it appears the suspects got into a vehicle at that point.

Boling did not indicate the manner in which the suspects carried out the robbery.
