Here’s a look at January’s Fresh Food Distributions in St. Joseph County.
First Presbyterian Church in Sturgis hosts the first distribution, starting at 4 p.m. Jan. 9. Its address is 1320 S. Lakeview Ave.
Seventh-Day Adventist Church, east of Centreville on M-86, is the site of the next distribution. It, too, starts at 4 o’clock and takes place Jan. 14.
Two distributions occur Jan. 16. The first starts at 10:30 a.m. at Gateway Village Apartments, 409 Gateway Court in Sturgis. Later that day, a distribution begins at 4:30 p.m. at Colon High School.
The Huss Project in Three Rivers will be the location of the subsequent distribution. It commences at 9 a.m. Jan. 18 at its property on 8th Street.
White Pigeon High School will host the month’s final distribution. It begins at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
St. Joseph County Transportation Authority will provide a ride at no charge to the Jan. 14 event at Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Rides must be secured more than 24 hours in advance and can be reserved by phoning the Three Rivers-based agency at 273-7808.
