Robert L. (Bob) Wetherbee, age 98, was born on November 27, 1926 and passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Monday, June 23, 2025. He was born in Flowerfield, MI, to Lester and Genieve Wetherbee.
Bob married Joyce (Ward) Wetherbee on October 31, 1947 and were married for 77 incredible years. They have resided in Three Rivers their entire married lives.
Bob worked at Gilbert Oil Company, Peterson Springs, and retired from Armstrong International in 1991 after 25 years.
Bob very much enjoyed hunting, fishing and spent many hours tinkering away in “Pops Garage.”
Preceding him in death were his parents and three siblings.
They have three daughters, Teresa Wetherbee, Joyce (Jim) Holmes, and Debbie (Gary) Hoffmaster.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, children, and five grandchildren, Joy (Phil) Wolf, Jamie (Lou) Fusaro, Becky (Mike) Green, Tyler (Rebecca) Hoffmaster, and Elizabeth (Casey) Byler. He also leaves behind four great grandchildren, Anna, Robbie, Max and Emma.
Cremation has taken place with a service to be held at a later date.
