A Cass County man died in a two-vehicle crash last weekend in Cass County’s Howard Township.
Sheriff’s department deputies were called Saturday night to the intersection of M-51 and Crystal Springs Road.
Investigators said Jonathan Lounds, 53, was driving south on M-51. Meanwhile, a vehicle driven by 52-year-old Steven Dodd failed to stop at the intersection. His vehicle collided with the car driven by Lounds, who had the right-of-way, according to authorities.
Deputies said Dodd died at the scene.
Lounds and a passenger were hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries.
