TR asks for reports of temporary encampments

Three Rivers municipal officials are asking the public to report any signs of temporary tents, encampments or excessive debris on public or private property.

According to a post on the city’s Facebook page, Three Rivers officials said they would like to check on reports of any such situations, and respond or attempt to offer assistance as circumstances warrant.

Early notification of temporary living conditions of this nature helps keep neighborhoods clean and safe, according to city staff.

The city’s non-emergency number is 467-4195.
