There is a water main break near Constantine High School. Until further notice, residents are advised to use bottled water, or to boil their tap water before drinking it or using it for cooking.
Samples will be taken and tested for bacterial contamination.
EGLE has been notified, and residents will be informed when the water has been deemed safe for consumption.
Informed by who? You have to be a Facebook user or download a 3rd party app — it’s not on the official village website. Nothing on any news media as of 3am that night though it was supposedly fixed hours earlier.
