Three Rivers municipal officials said an infrastructure project starting next week will include identifying residences on a list for a water-service verification.
Starting Monday, Plummers Environmental will begin the process of water service line material verifications at roughly 750 locations throughout Three Rivers.
Workers will use a blue flag, or leave a blue mark on the curb or sidewalk outside residences, to confirm the verification process has taken place at that location.
The process is to be completed by May 8.
