Leslie L Yoder, age 68, of Constantine, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Beacon Health in Kalamazoo. He was born March 10, 1957 in Kalona, IA, a son of Albert and Cleola (Miller) Yoder. On April 18, 1981 he married Brenda Strite in Richland Center, WI. Les was employed as an independent truck driver and also for Yoder and Sons Trucking. He also enjoyed farming his land.
Les deeply loved his family and friends. He had a servant’s heart and loved to mow lawns and help out wherever needed. Les enjoyed coon hunting, deer hunting, gardening and farming, as well as watching NASCAR and listening to old style country music. His life was a living example of the words “loving your neighbor as yourself.” He was known for his contagious, knee-slapping laugh and good sense of humor.
Surviving are his wife Brenda Yoder, Constantine, children Carolyn (Phil) Burkholder, Centreville, Kevin (Krista) Yoder, Catlett, VA, Keith (Sarah) Yoder, Redding, CA, Karla (Elliot) Good, Dalton, OH, Caleb Yoder, Constantine, Kathy Yoder, Three Rivers, 20 grandchildren, sisters Grace Troyer, Sugarcreek, OH, Rose (Nate) Miller, Kidron, OH, mother in law Naomi Strite, Meadville, PA, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, father in law Clair Strite, and brother in law Nelson Troyer.
Relatives and friends will be received Saturday Oct. 18th from 1 to 4 and 5 to 7 pm at Riverview Christian Fellowship, 69212 US 131 South, White Pigeon, MI. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 pm Sunday, at Calvary Chapel, 66969 N. Centreville Rd, Sturgis.
Burial will take place 10:00 am on Monday at Constantine Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to help with expenses or to The Haven Building Project, 210 S.
