Kalamazoo airport adds additional flight to Detroit

Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport reports Delta Air Lines last week added a fourth daily flight between Kalamazoo and Detroit.

Airport director Craig Williams said the additional service reflects Delta’s continued confidence in the Kalamazoo market and support shown for local air service. The four daily departures from AZO are 5:30 a.m., 11:42 a.m., 3:04 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Williams said travelers now have more convenient options to connect through Delta’s global hub in Detroit. He said the added frequency improves access to destinations around the world, reduces the need to drive to other airports, and provides greater schedule flexibility.
