Centreville man died in crash

Icy roads and speed are believed to have contributed to a crash that left a 54-year-old Centreville man dead last week.

Sheriff’s deputies were called shortly before 5:30 a.m. Thursday to an area on Lutz Road, south of Featherstone Road.

Investigators said Willie Fuller was driving south on Lutz Road when he lost control of his Ford pickup. The truck crossed the center line, went off the east side of the road and struck a tree. Deputies said Fuller was pronounced dead at the scene.
