The St. Joseph County United Way has begun its annual holiday-themed fundraiser.
Tickets for the Christmas Cash Fundraiser raffle are now on sale, with all proceeds to benefit the Centreville-based agency.
Tickets, which are $5 each or five for $20, are available from the United Way office and Sturgis City Hall.
The drawing will take place during the Sturgis City Commission’s Dec. 11.
Meanwhile, United Way officials said the office is accepting donations of non-perishable foods as well as gently used hats, scarves, boots, gloves and winter coats.
The food will be used to help provide a Thanksgiving meal to area residents, while donated clothing will be distributed to local families in need.
