Advisory board and committee meetings cancelled

To ensure the health and safety of board members, staff and public participants, all advisory board and committee meetings in Three Rivers will be cancelled until further notice.

Authority boards and commissions, however, will be provided access to host virtual meetings via teleconference only.  Detailed information, procedures and notices will be issued by the clerk’s office later this week.

The virtual meetings will apply to the city’s Planning Commission March 30, its Library Board March 31, the Three Rivers DDA April 3 and City Commission April 7.
