A Bronson man and three others died in a two-vehicle crash last week north of Coldwater.
State police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 3 p.m. Saturday on Marshall Road in Branch County’s Girard Township. The incident occurred north of Bidwell Road.
Investigators said Christopher Raymond, 45, was driving south on Marshall Road in a small SUV. It appears he drove into the northbound lane, where his vehicle struck a pickup, authorities said.
The driver of that truck was Theresa Mills, 62, of Coldwater. The crash pinned both drivers in their vehicles, investigators said. Mills died at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
The Branch County Medical Examiner pronounced the two passengers in Mills’ pickup – Angela Balowski, 44, of Union City and William Balowski, 22, of Battle Creek – dead at the scene. Raymond also died at the scene.
