Susanna Miller, age 92, of Constantine died on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at her home. She was born April 4, 1931 in Barnes County, North Dakota, a daughter of Harry and Amelia (Yoder) Bontrager. On September 20, 1951 she married Ora F Miller in Middlebury. He preceded her in death June 2, 2002.
Susanna was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grand mother who dedicated her life to her husband and family. She attended Calvary Chapel in Sturgis and previously Fairhaven Church of Goshen and Shiloh Fellowship in Constantine. Susanna enjoyed gardening and quilting.
Surviving are her daughters Mamie (Marcus) Chupp, Constantine, Shirley Yoder, Middlebury, Marie Myers, Constantine, Rhoda (LeeRoy) Hochstetler, Constantine, grandchildren Mitchel (Rita) Chupp, Melody (Loren) Schwartz, Mandee (Sherman) Orendorf, Megan (Titus) Dueck, Justin (Erica) Myers, Jeremy Myers, Tenisha Perez, Annalee Hochstetler, Damien Hochstetler, Tyler (Paige) Hochstetler, Grace Hochstetler, 17 great grandchildren, sister Rhoda M Miller and sister in law Esther Bontrager.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Elmer Bontrager, twin sister Lydia Ann Bontrager and two infant brothers Joel and Edwin.
Relatives and friends will be received Friday from 3 to 8 pm at Calvary Chapel, 66969 N Centerville Rd, Sturgis, and Saturday from 10 to 11 am. Religious services will be at 11 am Saturday at the church with Bishop Dana Stauffer officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Centrica Care Navigators Hospice.
