Patricia A. Kleine, age 84, of Sturgis, passed away on March 13, 2024, at her home due to injuries sustained in an earlier fall.
She was born March 1, 1940, in Newport, Michigan, daughter of the late Floyd and Bertha (Drouillard) Pete.
Patricia was employed for several years as office manager of Century 21 in Sturgis until the closing of the office and for several years worked for Weight Watchers.
On August 2, 1958, she married Martin Kleine who survives along with her daughters: Patricia Fowler of Sturgis, Susan (Todd) Stines-VanCourt of Kalamazoo, and Kristin Kleine of Prather, California; son: Matthew (Amy) Kleine of Sturgis; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren and expecting her 5th; sister: Cheryle (Dale) Shinaver of Sterling Heights; brother: Hartwell Pete of San Clemente, California and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister: Joy Revard and brother: Floyd Pete, Jr.
In accordance with her wish’s, cremation has taken place. Private graveside services and burial of the remains will take place at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis. The Rev. Father Andrew Raczkowski of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sturgis will officiate.
