Mark Richard Dobson, age 71, of Three Rivers, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at his home.
He was born May 30, 1952 the son of Albert (Dick) R. Dobson and Evelyn (Guthrie) Zerfas in Lansing. He enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. His passion was often expressed in his wildlife art where he specialized in painting and drawing. After a number of years at Superior Brass and Aluminum while living in Lansing, Mark moved briefly to White Cloud in order to enjoy more time in the woods. Ultimately, he settled down in Three Rivers where he lived for more than 20 years. Mark was most relaxed while enjoying an old movie on the television.
Remaining to cherish Mark’s memory are his daughter, Marci (Michael) Resterhouse; brother, Kim (Diana) Dobson; sisters, Sally (Tom) Nelson and Dorothy (Mark) DeYoung.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his half-brother, Patrick Howard.
In accordance with family wishes, cremation will be conducted; private services will be held at a later date.
