Julie Louise Young, age 66, of Three Rivers, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at her son’s home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born April 5, 1958 in Manchester, Tenn., the daughter of Grady and Velvie (Burks) Walden.
Julie enjoyed being outside and gardening. She enjoyed her grandchildren and grandbabies; she always enjoyed visitors and spending time with her family, She loved music – especially country music – with her favorite artists being Loretta Lynn and Patsy Cline. She also very much enjoyed watching her wrestling.
Remaining to cherish her memory are her sons, Kenneth Eugene Walden (Melissa Walden) and Jayson Earl Walden; daughter, Shonda Andrill Walden; brother, Kenneth Randal Walden; and sisters, Velvie McMahan, Margret Gould and Connie Young.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Young; daughter, Lacy McClain; two brothers and one sister.
In accordance with family wishes, cremation will be conducted.
