City commissioner arrested, not charged

Three Rivers City Commission member Lucas Allen was arrested last weekend on a charge of alleged assault and battery. A benefit 5K is being organized to help a Centreville Junior High teacher battling breast cancer. “Love For Laura” is a New Year’s Day fundraiser to help Laura Wilson.
