County commission makes board appointments

Five appointments to two boards were made by St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners this week. During their monthly meeting Tuesday, commissioners OK’d the appointments of Steven Houts and Jeffrey Knautz to the county’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Health department announces changes to COVID testing and vaccination
