Centreville Police Department names acting chief

A Lansing-area native who joined the Centreville Police Department in April was named its acting chief Monday. Sgt. David Richmond, 30, replaces Luke Delcourt, who resigned Thursday before he was to meet with the village council’s three-person police committee.
