Constantine to apply for splash pad construction grant

Constantine Village Council members have approved a Michigan Spark Grant application in hopes of developing a splash pad. Administered by the Department of Natural Resources, Michigan Spark Grants support public recreational facilities. A 51-year-old woman was arrested on drug-related offenses following a traffic stop in Sturgis earlier this week.
