Michigan State Police troopers are investigating a breaking-and-entering incident that occurred last month in Leonidas Township. St. Joseph County Clerk Lindsay Oswald said undersheriff Mark Lillywhite recently hosted a voter-registration information class for jail inmates awaiting trial.
