Police locate discarded electronic tether

Three Rivers Police Department K9 Jake helped locate a discarded electronic tether that was damaged and taken off a suspect. The TRPD said Jake helped locate the device on Strobel Road, near Cenreville-Constantine Road on Tuesday afternoon. It took Jake approximately 15 minutes to find the device.
