Howe man arrested on criminal sexual conduct charges

A 30-year-old Howe, Ind., man was arrested last week on charges related to criminal sexual conduct. Keith Lewis Jr. has been charged with one count of first-degree CSC, two counts of second-degree CSC and one count of cruelty toward a child. No injuries were reported during a house fire earlier this week in the city of Three Rivers.
