St. Joseph County commissioners this week approved an addendum to the county’s Indigent Defense Agreement. According to terms of the agreement, attorney Kevin Kane will be removed as an indigent defense attorney. Meanwhile, attorneys Paul Gipson and Melissa Hallack will be added.
