More than 300 animals removed from farm

Authorities say more than 300 animals found living in unsanitary conditions with no food and little water were seized from a southern Michigan farm. Lane closures begin in Constantine

The Michigan Department of Transportation has announced that single-lane closures will take place beginning today on the Business Route 131 bridge over the St. Joseph River in downtown Constantine.
