Members of the White Pigeon Community Schools Board of Education last week hired Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. as the district’s construction manager for projects funded by the five-year, 3-mill sinking fund renewed by voters in May. St. Joseph County and MSU Extension Services have reached an agreement for the 2013 calendar year.
