Man arrested after exposing himself

A 32-year-old registered sex offender was arrested last week in White Pigeon on a charge of indecent exposure. According to police, the incident occurred at Wash King, where Deshawn Terrell Allen, 32, was loitering and exposed himself to a woman at the laundromat.
