About 700 letters for patients of a Kalamazoo hospital have been sent to the wrong addresses. MLive.com reports Friday that the letters were meant for Borgess Rheumatology patients. Three Rivers Wastewater Treatment Plant personnel discovered a faulty air-release valve at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday on South US-131. The malfunctioning piece of equipment had caused a sanitary sewage overflow onto the adjacent roadway.
